" Walk on the Wild Side"  November 12, 2023 starts at 1 p.m., at Jug Handle Creek Farm and Nature Center 15501 North Highway One in Caspar. 

Explore mushroom identification on a foray into the woods with experienced guides , enjoy delicious mushroom-based refreshments,  and hear a presentation about the world of mushrooms on Sunday, November 12th at Jug Handle Creek Farm  and Nature Center. 

• Delicious mushroom- based snacks,  soup, salad, dessert, and drinks will be served. 

• Guides Billy Sprague, Fern Tahja, Jim Gibson  and Jenna Hinshaw will lead your walk to explore mushrooms in the woods.

• Author of The Wild Mushroom Cookbook, Alison Gardner, will answer your mushroom culinary and botanical questions.

• Large mushroom display and talk about mushrooms presented  by Eric Schramm of Mendocino Mushrooms.

• Cooks Ruby Maddock and Alison Gardner will  prepare delightful mushroom-based food and drinks.
